The scale used in the evaluation form in order to give grades to different criteria was 1- very poor, 2- poor, 3- medium, 4- good, 5- very good.

95% of the participants said that the overall impression about the conference was good or very good.

99% of participants considered Mark Matheis and Dennis Frare's presentation as being good or very good (81% very good and 18% good).

92% of the participants gave the marks 4 or 5 to the usefulness of the information presented by the two trainers of the Disney Institute

Different logistical aspects (arragement at the conference room, arrangement of the lobby, catering services, translation etc.) were rated by 75 up to 90% of participants as good or very good.
